At All Saints Day, it is considered that the summer climate has ended which is celebrated with the presentation of seasonal ingredients as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cherries, figs, oranges, potatoes, sweet potatoes, custard apples, avocados, olives, but meats and fish are also present, plus a number of pastries and sweets.
